Knife & Automatic Blade Sales Policy

• »You must be at least 18 years old to purchase, own, or take delivery of any knife product sold on this site.
• »At checkout, knife orders require you to enter your date of birth and affirmatively confirm you meet this age requirement. Orders that fail this check will not be processed.

• »Automatic/OTF knife products (including all Viper Tec knives) can only be shipped to addresses within the State of Florida. We do not ship these items out of state or internationally.
• »This restriction exists because automatic/switchblade knives are regulated at the federal level by the Federal Switchblade Act (15 U.S.C. §§ 1241–1245), which restricts interstate mailing and transport of switchblade knives, and because individual states outside Florida have their own, sometimes stricter, laws governing possession, sale, and carry of automatic knives.
• »Florida law (Fla. Stat. ch. 790) does not prohibit ownership of automatic knives by adults, which is why we are able to sell and ship these items within the state.
• »Checkout will automatically block knife orders where the shipping address is outside Florida.

• »By purchasing a knife product from AYP Services, you represent and warrant that you are legally permitted to own and possess that item at the delivery address provided, and that you are at least 18 years of age.
• »It is the buyer's responsibility — not AYP Services' — to know and follow all applicable local, state, and federal laws regarding the ownership, carry, and use of any knife purchased through this site.
• »AYP Services is a reseller of Viper Tec and other third-party knife products and is not the manufacturer. AYP Services disclaims liability for any injury, damage, or legal violation arising from the buyer's use, misuse, storage, or resale of a knife product purchased through this site, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
• »You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AYP Services from any claim, loss, or liability arising out of your purchase, possession, or use of a knife product, including any violation of the laws of the jurisdiction where the item is delivered or used.
• »Knife products are sold as-is with the manufacturer's standard warranty (where applicable); AYP Services makes no additional warranty regarding fitness for a particular use.

• »We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or refund any knife order at our discretion, including where we cannot confirm the buyer's age or Florida delivery address.
• »This policy supplements, and does not replace, our general Terms of Service and Refund Policy.
