Product descriptions, images, and pricing are provided in good faith, but occasional errors can occur. If a product is mispriced or misdescribed, we'll contact you before fulfilling the order to confirm you still want it at the correct price.

Return, refund, and warranty terms for standard and custom products are covered separately in our Refund Policy.

• ›You are responsible for the accuracy of any artwork, text, or design you upload or approve for laser engraving, DTF, sublimation, or vinyl/HTV decoration.
• ›You confirm that you own or have the right to use any logo, image, or design submitted for customization, and that it doesn't infringe on anyone else's copyright or trademark.
• ›We reserve the right to decline any customization request that is unlawful, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate.
• ›Once a custom order enters production, it is final -- see our Refund Policy for full details on cancellations and proof approval.

• ›Rental bookings are subject to equipment availability at the time of booking and the security deposit, delivery, and cancellation terms shown at checkout.
• ›You are responsible for equipment from delivery/pickup until it is returned in its original condition; damage or loss fees may be deducted from your deposit.
• ›Certain equipment (e.g. the LED Video Wall and large-format line array systems) requires professional on-site setup/breakdown by our crew and is not available for self-pickup.

• ›You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent/guardian's permission, to place an order or book a rental.
• ›All content on this site (logos, photos, product designs, and text) belongs to AYP Services or its vendors/partners and may not be reused without permission.
• ›These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
• ›We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
